The Handbook for Pacific Guidelines for Healthy Living provides background information and guidance on appropriate and effective use of the Pacific Guidelines for Healthy Living and can be used as a policy tool to provide guidance on types and amounts of food and dietary patterns consistent with a healthy diet and lifestyle. The handbook is broken down into three parts; 1. Background, 2. The guidelines and the techinical explanatory notes for each guideline, and 3. Monitoring and evaluating the dissemination and communication of the guidelines.
